Outdoor therapy

Outdoor therapies allow us to meet the client “where they are at”.

Outdoor talking therapy combines the conventional outcomes of indoor therapy with the know benefits of connecting with the natural world.

It provides space and an opportunity for physical distanced working whilst benefiting from the restorative effects of time spent outside. It enables interconnectedness with the natural world that can support a sense of belonging and wellbeing. 

We are only able to accept new adult self-referrals currently.
